This is the second email I sent to customer service. Who else could care? I am VERY disappointed in my purchase! On May 5th 2020 my wife and I bought an Omega NC1000HDS and it arrived on May 11th, we were so excited. We spent months looking for a suitable option, looking for Kuvings and Omega. We found the Omega better and chose the NC1000 as the motor was more powerful and a newer model. After just over a month of regular use making banana ice cream, the latch broke, as you can see below on the case I opened (62197). It took me over two months to receive the part for my juicer. Stacey Graff was quick to respond. I called and gave them my credit card to have my part shipped immediately. I waited a few weeks when I realized there might be delays due to Covid-19. I then wrote an email and received no reply. Then I called and left the message unanswered. I emailed again but no reply. I called, left a message again, and sent another email expressing my frustration. Finally, on Friday, September 25th, I received a call that you would all send my part on Monday. I was so happy! Today, October 1st, I received my parts. I went out and bought over $100 worth of fresh vegetables and was ready to get back on my green juice diet! When I put a carrot in the juicer halfway through juicing, the front cone/nozzle broke as you can see in the attached photos. and the main part torn. At this point I feel like I should have gone with Couving and spent the extra money!
