I purchased the Omega NC1000HDS extractor on March 3rd, 2020. It arrived on April 6th, 2020 in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) where I live. On April 13, 2020, I noticed that the juicer would stop mid-run and not turn on for several hours, so I used Revain's online chat feature to report the issue and request a replacement.
