I have followed all procedures. All online company forms filled out and photos taken. Serial number, order details, dates. All information. I would like to hear the email reply back. I'm not a month later. I called five times and finally someone answered the phone. She said we would fill out another form. We did. Since she didn't ask for a photo, I was concerned. I filled out and submitted another warranty form on the website. I haven't heard a word for 2 weeks. Today I called 3 times and was on hold for 8 minutes each time and each time the recording was turned on and told to call another time. Do not buy this product. It's $400 and Omega isn't responding. Buy another product. There are a lot of good ones at this price level, and if something breaks, they come to the rescue, unlike Omega.
