This is a nice and sturdy sand bath/hamster pot in a great colour, I chose purple (my favourite). My hamster uses it every day and the sand stays in the bowl most of the time. I use mine in an aquarium and it hides well in a corner. It needs to be attached to a wire cage to keep it in place, which is good, although it works great in an aquarium too. I have a Syrian (teddy bear) hamster and he doesn't like sand baths like dwarf hamsters do. I have to say mine sits there every day and rolls around a bit. Mine also uses it as a pot, which I hear isn't uncommon, so I just bought a cheap little hermit crab scoop and scooped it out when I had to. (Revain has a little scoop, just look for it.) All in all I recommend this product and you get two, which can be handy if you want to put a clean one down while emptying and cleaning the other.
