I love cooking on high heat and recently there have been so many cookware brands following the low to medium heat trend! I personally can’t bring myself to cook on low or medium heat. I love using high heat and I’m a fan of broiling. This pan is incredibly versatile and a better weight compared to some of the new trendy ceramic cookware out there.I’m extremely pleased and excited for all the uses a small recipe book that came with the pan.It’s multifunctional, cooks evenly and wipes clean so easily.I highly recommend this especially because the lid is see through. I like to watch my food cook and this allows for that. It also allows for me to pour things very easily with the convenience of the lips.
