Others say it's impossible to pour without spilling. I've found that it doesn't spill if I start slower. And they seem to attach the soil to the filter better. Mine seems strong even after a few weeks of use. I just want the cone to be higher. I have to pour water and then wait to pour a few more times to fill the carafe. The bases also float up, so there's little room to stack them and not miss them entirely.
