Overall I liked this pourover. It's easy to use and looks beautiful. However, I dropped the filter on the floor and it broke. I know I felt bad that I dropped it, but I was a little surprised that it broke. I don't think the welding (or whatever is holding the filter to the silver piece on top of the glass) is very strong. I would recommend but be careful not to drop or do anything else that might damage the weld.

Others say it's impossible to pour without spilling. I've found that it doesn't spill if I start slower. And they seem to attach the soil to the filter better. Mine seems strong even after a few weeks of use. I just want the cone to be higher. I have to pour water and then wait to pour a few more times to fill the carafe. The bases also float up, so there's little room to stack them and not miss them entirely.

I bought this item to have a coffee maker that can be fully cleaned and dried so the coffee tastes as fresh as possible. I'm glad I bought this! Simple and elegant, it works exactly as intended and I cleaned and dried it while my coffee was cooling. Great product and fantastic price. It consists of 3 parts: stainless steel filter, double-walled container made of borosilicate glass and stand made of bamboo wood. I will use it every day.

This would be the coolest coffee ever but the cone is held to the base by 3 SMALL spot welds so today the base finally detached from the cone rendering it unusable. Very sad. Great product but one star for cheap production. UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a brand new one. The trick is that while cleaning, make sure not to bump it into anything. Just rinse it out and wipe it off. This is the best filling I've found. Five stars for a great company behind their product.

I really like these drops. The coffee tastes fantastic, is easy to clean and is great for a single serving. I ordered one for myself last fall and loved it so much I bought one for a family member. When the metal cone filter fell apart I contacted the company and they sent me a new cone within 2 days for free! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am serious. I didn't expect them to continue like this. Be sure to contact the company if you are unsatisfied or if one of the filters has fallen apart.

Compared to many hourglass neck flasks, the BTaT flask is many times better. The handle not only protects against burns, but thanks to the double glass frame, the coffee stays hotter for longer. This does not apply to the hourglass bottle, which requires a pair of mittens or a towel to avoid burns when holding the glass bottle. Just a request. Love love love my little pot set. It tastes amazing and is a joy to use! HOWEVER it was sad this morning to see that the two pieces that make up the top had fallen apart! It doesn't look like any parts were broken, but the two pieces just fell off from each other. It seems like it should have been welded together a little better.
