The ease of use is great for first-time users who may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable using computers in general. It's also helpful that it works without needing an internet connection which makes getting started easier than some other programs I've used previously! Sometimes there are errors when trying to input text into fields - this usually goes away after restarting my computer though so not too big of deal overall (sometimes happens even if you're 100% sure nothing changed). For me personally, I am able to keep up all day long while working from home during quarantine but having access to these notes has been really useful as well because they help keep everything organized.
