Review on 🔊 Sceptre C305W-2560UN: 30" Ultrawide Curved Monitor with DisplayPort, Build-In Speakers, and HD Quality by Sammy Basheem

UPDATE: March 16th I'll be back. It worked fine and now I can't use it anymore. The monitor turns on but says no input was detected. Tried another display port, same problem. SMX. I only have 101 days. Works with my MacBook. For HDMI, change the resolution to 1920 to 1080, otherwise the screen will remain black. I bought a docking station with DisplayPort and connected it that way. I was able to use the full resolution but the screen froze and stuttered. (This is an Apple issue) I went into my settings and changed the display scaled to 1920x1080, saved the settings and then went back to "Display Default" and that solved my problem. Large enough to open 2 large windows. The text is very clear. 60Hz with HDMI, 100Hz with DisplayPort. The colors are terrible. I wasn't expecting much, but I also didn't expect the blacks to be washed out. I don't use it for gaming but I went to Revain Prime games to redeem the game for my son who had never downloaded or played it but for some reason my screen was flickering on this page and the page I'm on I found there was no even any movement. (This was at 100 Hz). I would recommend a different monitor if any of the above is important to you. I mainly use it for typing, video and programming. I have no problems with any of this. Based on my experience with flickering, I don't know how well this will work in games.
