When I took the peephole out of the box I was impressed by its weight and perceived build quality. I installed it on my door in about 25 minutes and couldn't be happier. It looks pretty big, but you'll quickly get used to the look and you'll love how much you can see through. One thing I looked for when buying one of these is the privacy panel. This will prevent anyone from outside looking into your home. With this viewer, the platter spins freely and feels high quality, with no scratches or loosening. At first I wanted to buy a cheaper, smaller version, but I'm glad I decided to spend more on this one.
