The support staff is very helpful in understanding our needs, keeping us up to date with new features/changes etc that are being made available within the software package as well as providing great advice where required when it comes to implementing some of these changes. I have not found anything specific which i dislike or disliked during my time using this product. It has given me all bases covered for one stop customer management across multiple channels (both traditional & digital) from first point contact through till after sale services / follow ups / account monitoring. This allows seamless integration into other systems like Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot and Marketo allowing greater efficiencies around delivering cross channel experiences, increasing conversions and optimising overall ROI's.
