Well made case for a tablet, very durable. I tested it on a Silverado, for some reason the "GM" module has a very slow real-time data update rate, about 1 update per second. It doesn't matter if you display a PID or 8, they only ever update once per second. When switching to "EOBD", the universal module, the real-time data is updated about 3-5 times per second, which is very acceptable for diagnosing faulty sensors. The feedback button will never solve anything for you, so please ignore any promises of "support" they make to you. If the feature you want doesn't work, you're out of luck, that's all. Reviews can be given, but so far none of my reviews, whether from LAUNCH, ANCEL or Thinkcar, have yielded anything. The scanner works well for the price when compared to what you want tool carts to rip you off for. The current classification is due to a lack of support, vehicle-specific modules require a higher update rate and there is no proper access. to a web browser to access my recovery programs. I had 3 stars but as the company came forward and really want to improve some of these items I upgraded them to 4 stars. I didn't let the last point affect the rating but I wish they had. Unlock the tablet and let's install other programs, a heavily modified and controlled version of Android is currently running.
