
I sharpen very well. I do manual woodworking as a hobby, you get the idea. I have no problem turning Aldi chisels into razor-sharp workhorses with my shop bricks and charged bars. That being said, I like the ceramic side, but that's not the important part. The diamond side is too flat and there are protrusions on the edges. I could not get a razor blade with this piece even when using a loaded belt afterwards. You can't get a lifted curl with a stone side. It's too aggressive. Paul Sellers taught me how to sharpen.
