Purchased in April 2021. Very easy to install, the components appear to be of the highest quality. It took me about a week to get used to the device, I've really liked it ever since. We have 4 bathrooms in our house now I ONLY use that with a bidet hammer. Was very surprised by the quality of the metal. I have a problem and need to ask the company for advice. There is a tiny pin about 3/4 inch long that turns the water control button on. To use the bottom cap to turn the atomizer off I then have to take a small screwdriver and insert the pin back into its hole and away from the chrome body so the button can be turned off. I think this unit is GREAT It has been a few weeks since the review The company sent me a new unit [more than just a head] I can only applaud them for meeting the warranty Now 7 months later and this item is one of my best purchases of all time. If you're even thinking of a bidet-like device, I don't know how you could do better. A small problem I had with 1st didn't come back and even if it did come back still 5 stars
