Not too impressed: my feedback
Compared to other defrosting trays I've had, this one is not as good; it is lighter, thinner, and does not have any 'fins' to help conduct heat through the tray.I have tried using this tray to thaw meats and honestly don't find that it make that much of a difference vs. not using it (if any).It is easy to clean and store.I wouldn't really recommend it as I'm not so sure we'll use it that much as it's much faster to thaw in the sink using some warm water.

- The tray may not work as effectively in colder temperatures or in environments with high humidity, negating its usefulness in certain climates
