They are perfect for my tall thin 7 year old. I bought a size smaller as it has a small waist and they fit perfectly. They have an inner lining that is not sewn to the shorts and the shorts are silky on the inside. Outside typical material for swimming trunks. The color is the same as the picture and they wash well. They also did great in salt and chlorine pools. would recommend.
