I was skeptical about this product until a friend recommended it to me. It looks like another phrase "as seen on TV". And it probably is. But on first use - a very hard, soft-boiled egg - I couldn't be more impressed. Follow the directions in the brochure and you'll be fine! Cooked absolutely perfect soft boiled eggs in just 8 minutes (boiling) and maybe 3 minutes in a cold water bath. The yolks were completely runny and the toasted buttered English muffins are fantastic. Sprayed some pam (butter flavored) in a cup, added an egg, boiled. Press them lightly (without breaking the yolks) onto a buttered English muffin. A good tip is to break the egg into a small glass first and then add it to the egglette to ensure no bits of shell are left in the end product. A small price for it, but it's worth it!
