Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Organize your tools with Triton Products' 10-pack of DuraHook Pliers Holders for DuraBoard or Pegboard by Cristina Franklin

Great idea and great implementation! Also read my installation tips.

I've always had a bit of a fondness for pegs. I love the idea of using pegboards to organize things, but hook stability has always been an issue. Before this draft. The tongue combined with the screw makes this design one of the sturdiest, if not the sturdiest out there. However, I have advice if you buy them. The manufacturer's photos and videos show them installed with a screw on top and a tab on the bottom. I would recommend installing them with the tab on top and the screw on the bottom. Why? Two reasons. With a tab on top and the added weight of the tool, the tab combined with gravity helps keep it in place. Second, and perhaps more importantly, with the tongue up, I found that the two protruding rods used to hold the tool had a slight upward slope. With the screw on top, the bars are slightly tilted down. The upward tilt, in turn, combined with gravity, better holds the tool in place. One final tip: do not use a power drill or impact tool to install the screw or you risk "pulling out" the pin hole. Just use a screwdriver and gently hand tighten the screw until it bites just enough to hold. TLDR version: install upside down; Use a screwdriver (non-electric). Update: I've used Plasti-Dip to increase the grip of the tongs and reduce the chance of the tongs falling off and it worked great.
