Review on Safavieh Braided Collection Handmade Reversible by John Bennett

Ordered this rug twice. Both times the colors and patterns of the fabrics used were just perfect! I love how they go with every color in the room! Unfortunately, the first one smelled like swamp (literally) and had a big hump in the middle. The leaflet that came with it assured me it would settle down, while other reviewers suggested the smell would go away. 2 weeks after getting laid the hump actually got worse (you could trip over it!). The smell is really gone. It wasn't acceptable so I sent it back and opted for a replacement instead of a refund. I'm very glad I did. The second had no smell and most importantly no hump! It's a beautiful thing and I know I'll enjoy it. I'm glad I gave it another try!
