I only take one a day late at night. You get tired. It definitely improved the general mood. I also found it helped my IBS with chronic constipation but I had stomach upset in the form of cramps for about 2 hours which kept me awake until I had a bowel movement. Temporarily stopped. In the last phase of the move, I didn't want to deal with the stomach problem. After my move is over, I take it midday for a gut, mood, and energy boost. I would recommend this but not twice a day unless you are a tall person. I'm 66, weigh 118 pounds. This was recommended to me by my ex-sister-in-law, and she no longer takes an anti-depressant alongside her anti-anxiety meds.
