Review on Race X by Deuter by Joseph Pudic

I was a bit hesitant to buy this backpack because I didn't see any local ones selling it. However, it turned out great. It's very handy as a hydration pack, but this pack also comes out completely and can be used like a regular pack (that's how I use it). It can hold a full change of clothes or a laptop plus a few small items. I carry around a 15" MacBook Pro, a few things like tubes/snacks/tissues/deodorant and sometimes a clean shirt and underwear (I leave my pants at work). can be put in one of the pockets. The Airstripes system appears to help direct airflow to the back and keep it from choking. This isn't a miracle cure though, and you'll still end up putting on a backpack and sweating (especially in the heat). However, this is by far the lightest backpack you will find. Chest and waist straps help keep it in place and distribute the load.
