This is an updated review from August 27, 2018. I ordered this adapter back in April of this year (2018). It worked great. Of all the brands of Wi-Fi adapters I've used, this worked the best. He died in August of this year. I was very disappointed with how well the adapter worked but how short its lifespan was. I wrote a review about the death of the adapter. Less than 12 hours later, Blueshadow representatives contacted me and offered to troubleshoot. I told the rep that the device was completely dead - it didn't even light up anymore. Woke up this morning to a rep's message that a new adapter is on the way and do not use the front USB adapter as it tends to destroy the chip. When I wrote my first review I wasn't expecting to be contacted. After doing that, I can see that they not only want to provide a good product, but also want to provide great customer service. I will update this review as more time passes to make sure the quality of the product is transparent.
