but unfortunately the expectations were not met. There are 100% cotton towels that are just great in the kitchen. You are not. Here's my breakdown of them. Pros: There are 16 tea towel size towels per order and they are large, measuring 18" x 26". You have a very nice color palette. The price is good for 16 towels and was just under $23 at the time of this review. Cons: They are very thin, as if your hand could be seen through them. They don't hold much water. They absorb about as much water as is left on hands after washing, and then need to dry. They will shrink after washing, even if washed at low temperature and dried at low temperature. They need to be ironed if you want to keep them off the sink and make sure they are wrinkled. For me, this is a towel that I hold under the sink to wash and that's it. I do not recommend.
