I've loved Teflon for a long time. Other non-stick pans I've tried (and my dad is always trying new pans, this man is banned from advertising) didn't live up to the hype. My son got a bird for his birthday so I had to look for a new set of frying pans as the Teflon fumes are toxic to them. Which brings me to this review. They don't stick. Period. I am impressed. For the price they are amazing. For reviewers who have commented on Hot Pens. I've even replaced my commercial grade pots with this set for heated ones. The temperature is warm, not hot, so I still don't understand the excitement. UPDATE: It's been 6 months and the coating on the bottom of the pan has come off meaning everything is sticking like crazy now. For the price I think it's a good buy, my other pans are still like new but for my everyday pan, pan I'm looking at another brand. New 4.5 star rating.
