I'm impressed with the non-stick coating and lightness of this pan, but I have to admit I've only used the pan a handful of times. I love this as the food just seems to slide off even when I use very little olive oil. Food cooked in this pan seems to taste better than other nonstick cookware I've used. EDIT: We have been using this 3 liter 9.5 inch pan for over 2 years now and it is still like new. We now have several of these splatter-like ceramic pans and they are all great. This one is still one of my favorites.
