Bought and the roller stopped spinning freely. Result: The roller scratches the stone. It carries a stone and a roller. I tried cleaning and lubricating the stuck roller but nothing helped. I even tried rotating it manually with pliers after greasing it. Bad luck. replaced. The new one is working fine so far. I don't know of any alternatives in this price range, but next time I'll look for better quality. I used a planer blade and 1 chisel twice. It worked fine.
