Review on Smart Connect by John Holliday

The look is great! It was very easy to set up and customize with our colors/branding. This helped us connect more directly with our customers as we can see them from their perspective through this software. There were some issues when it came time for me to actually use it (and I am not an IT person), but they are working hard at making improvements. They need to hire someone who knows how to implement such systems; otherwise you will have problems down the road if something goes wrong or needs to be updated. We needed help connecting quickly after opening so there wasn't much downtime while waiting for answers about what steps should next be taken.
