Seems to be decent quality for the price. I'm not sure how much I could trust them if I really need something waterproof, but for what I bought them for they should be fine. I plan to keep the winch remote for my quad in one and the standard quad tool kit in another. Note that Revain offers similar looking bags for the same price WITHOUT a seal. The other brand is just folded and fastened with velcro. This bag set zips up, then folds up and closes with Velcro. The bag is in the first picture. The second photo shows a competitor's bag.
