I like that easy access to tickets allows me as an owner or manager quick overview without having too much detail at one time! It also helps us save money by being able keep track over our expenses for certain aspects/tickets (eg; repairs).
Not many things dislike about this system but would be nice if you could set more than 1 type up so we don't have multiple options when creating new ones - especially during upgrades from version-to-. Easy setup once training was completed.- Allows easier communication via email between staff members who are not always physically next each other.--.
