Great system overall and easy to use as well!

I love that it has all my contacts saved to one place so if someone calls me for an issue they are not calling out their own contact info which makes life easier when trying to get them resolved right away! Sometimes there seems like more options than you need but then again maybe i'm just used to other systems now? It does seem very organized though compared others we've been looking at as well- nothing specific really since this system seemed better overall from what was shown online or…

Pros
  • Everything is in 1 spot & everything stays up dated with changes made across various departments within organization, even those who do NOT use computers regularly can easily see updates without having access too many different platforms individually throughout day

Great way of tracking all ticketing data in realtime

I like that easy access to tickets allows me as an owner or manager quick overview without having too much detail at one time! It also helps us save money by being able keep track over our expenses for certain aspects/tickets (eg; repairs). Not many things dislike about this system but would be nice if you could set more than 1 type up so we don't have multiple options when creating new ones - especially during upgrades from version-to-. Great ticket management system with great support

I love that you can see where tickets are coming from within my organization! We have been able to reduce our time spent managing work orders as well as improve communication throughout our team. It has helped us be more efficient and also help speed up responses so we don't miss deadlines or get penalized for things like tardiness. There isn't anything I dislike about it right now but if there was something I could change I would say make sure all users understand how they should use this…
