I love that it has all my contacts saved to one place so if someone calls me for an issue they are not calling out their own contact info which makes life easier when trying to get them resolved right away! Sometimes there seems like more options than you need but then again maybe i'm just used to other systems now? It does seem very organized though compared others we've been looking at as well- nothing specific really since this system seemed better overall from what was shown online or reviews etc..
We haven't run into any issues yet however our team doesn’t have much experience using computerized tools such as these (just paper tickets) therefore anything could happen haha - no complaints here!! Nothing specifically either time wise nor costwise considering how easy setup went once installed/configured vs traditional methods of sending emails back n forth over emailing individual people involved w new requests / problems ect.
