I love that you can see where tickets are coming from within my organization! We have been able to reduce our time spent managing work orders as well as improve communication throughout our team. It has helped us be more efficient and also help speed up responses so we don't miss deadlines or get penalized for things like tardiness. There isn't anything I dislike about it right now but if there was something I could change I would say make sure all users understand how they should use this tool. The benefits outweigh any negatives at this point. Make sure you think long term when implementing an automation solution because you may find yourself making changes down the road. This helps keep track of issues and gives me visibility into what needs attention most.
