The item is very cool, it could be worse.
When the item was brought back under the warranty, the money was promptly repaid. The chair was taken by a messenger that had been contacted by Market. Service and support for feedback regarding 5+

- The chair was broken; the gas lift only worked in one direction, thus the chair leaned to one side, making it difficult to sit in. Additionally, the chair skewed in the wrong direction. The armrests are not particularly comfy and are only slightly larger than my palm. The side pieces of the seat are joined in an asymmetrical manner. There was never a moment when you didn't feel as though you were tilting to one side.
