Works great for me and great for the environment.

I've tried to reduce the use of plastic, it's just fantastic. I have a small freezer so I rely on freezer bags as a more efficient form of storage, but I hate using plastic. They're a good price (they're reusable) and they get the job done, I've used them to marinate food too and they're impressively strong. Wash and dry them gently and they are ready for new use. They're compostable, so don't microwave them and they won't last forever because, again, they're compostable and that's okay. I am very happy!
