Furniture Mecca need to improve in customer care and delivery system
Although the name Furniture Mecca sounds like a furniture store located in Mecca, it is rather located in Philadelphia in the United States of America. It has been around for almost 20 years now. It is a great online store for all forms of furniture.
The furnitures are listed by categories on the website and that makes searching very easy. The images are large enough but the text on the website appears to be too small. I could not read some information because the page does not expand as i would have expected.
I noticed that furniture Mecca does not deliver to every region as it is stated that delivery is made to locations within 50 miles radius of the warehouse.
The website also provides regular newsletter which provides regular update about new arrivals and current offers. There is also evidence of good customer care as can be found on their website. One can reach them via text message but there is no live chat.
However i found lots of negative feedback from there customers during my research and this is very discouraging. Most of the negativity is about shipping and delivery and customer care service. Furniture Mecca really need to improve on this.
