There are so many steps involved in signing up for the service that the whole process takes hours to complete. Even after all the steps have been completed, it still requires you to create a new profile, which means creating a brand new username and password, and then setting up the details associated with that account. The whole experience is quite tedious and it took me a long time to figure out exactly what I was supposed to be doing and where I was meant to sign in to make sure I did everything right. Once I finally figured it out, I went ahead and signed up for the service anyway because I wanted to see if it would really work for me. Well, I found out that it didn't really work. The first thing I noticed was that it seemed to be impossible to cancel the service without cancelling my whole account.
