Very easy to set up and use. The glass jar seems a lot bigger than a lot of fryers I've seen, which is great because I think it can cook a lot more than most of its competitors. I've cooked breaded salmon sticks in it and they cooked very evenly (the recipe even said to flip them halfway through, but I tried and the fish fell apart so I gave up on that plan and they still tasted great fried evenly). Cleaning was also very easy. And my 3 kids loved the food so I think I'll be using it again soon!
