Was not as expected
There was no disc with the program, no SIM card included, so for me it's a piece of junk If I buy something, I expect it to be more or less plug and play and yes I'm one Verizon customer and when I got my old USB727 and have had it for many years and it's 3G I've had absolutely no problems and I didn't have to go to Verizon to hook it up whatever it was. To put it mildly, I'm disgusted!
