Review on microSHIFT 3X7 Speed Black Twist Grip Shift Gear Shifters - Shimano Bicycle Compatible by Paul Gravely

As a parent of three children I've had the pleasure of dealing with the terrible 7 speed Revo shifters that come with every brand name bike. The shifters are so easy to use that I struggle with them as an adult and 6 year olds only dream of what other gear might look like. When playing with thumb switches, small thumbs didn't do well with low power and the hassle of needing wider grips. I tried them out for fun as I have a few sets of their much more expensive road derailleurs and have always liked them. It exceeded expectations. The shifters were light enough for my 5 year old to turn them while standing on the stand and my 8 year old neighbor who occasionally borrows a bike had no problem with them. They were designed and work great with Shimano components, and not only was the derailleur easy to turn, but the shifting was precise and easy to adjust.
