Poor Customer Service
Change 6/3-While this rug has not had any issues, I feel compelled to let others know about the poor customer service that nuLoom provides when a rug comes in with a manufacturer's fault. "Lauren" emailed me 3 weeks after the email that I could purchase "a sheer shower curtain" at the "Dollar Store" to return another rug I bought at Target , as I was unable to return this rug by post. If I ever buy another rug it will be Esalerugs. Replaced a broken carpet and did not ask for the broken carpet to be returned. This is customer service now! I will never buy from nuLoom again, trust me. :/ Seems to be of good quality. The colors are bright. Overall very happy with this rug. Great price too.
