for my parrot to find it. now she's tearing it up. for a parrot it is actually very long-lived. From the picture you can see that once the outer layer is torn, the toy will be shredded. What I like is that the shredded pieces are mostly still hanging. very few pieces fell to the bottom of the cage so I sat it's stuck. I have a flock of 14 parrots, 2 are crazy about this toy. (I WANTED TO BUY 2 OR 3 MORE FOR MY BIG CAGE BUT THE PRICE IS UP ALMOST 50 PERCENT TO BE ABLE TO BACKORDER? It happens all the time on Amazon. I hope the seller reads this review.
