Parrotlet Approved - Toys

This is the second time I buy it. This is a quality chew toy that will last a long time, yet is easy to chew. It has lots of little nooks and crannies to hide treats and encourage them to forage. I love that everything is chewable, no metal, plastic, or unsafe parts. I highly recommend this brand.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Very expensive

My Senegal loves her!

You are beautiful! I buy them here all the time for Senegal although they are great for any medium sized parrot. Because of the way they're woven, they're a little harder to chew and destroy than other grind toys, so your bird will be working and thinking about destroying it completely. I gotta keep those bird brains active!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Almost never

My gray LOVES it - 17 inch

My gray parrot looked at this toy and started chewing on it. Within 5 minutes she was inseparable. She just LOVES this toy. I have no idea why she liked it so much right away, but whatever, I'll keep buying them for her. She will be 32 next month and is active, happy and healthy. I can only give her love back for 32 years of adorable happiness and hugs. I will always give her many toys that make her so happy.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • I doubt it

excellent chopper, good quality, very durable for parrots

for my parrot to find it. now she's tearing it up. for a parrot it is actually very long-lived. From the picture you can see that once the outer layer is torn, the toy will be shredded. What I like is that the shredded pieces are mostly still hanging. very few pieces fell to the bottom of the cage so I sat it's stuck. I have a flock of 14 parrots, 2 are crazy about this toy. (I WANTED TO BUY 2 OR 3 MORE FOR MY BIG CAGE BUT THE PRICE IS UP ALMOST 50 PERCENT TO BE ABLE TO BACKORDER? It happens…

Pros
  • ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • it took a while to communicate with the seller

Keeps birds busy for days

Parrots need something to destroy to be happy. Not content with just indestructible plastic toys, they need to crush and chew things up. Some wooden toys will satisfy their chewing needs, but other toys like this will satisfy their crushing and grinding needs. I've had these before and my bird loves tearing them apart. This will keep him busy and content for hours and quieter. If you're new to parrot keeping, don't just buy toys for their durability, but for things they can destroy to satisfy…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Protection

Bird loves it and lasts a long time

I think this is one of the best bird toys I have ever bought. I got a very big one for my Eklektus as she can sort toys pretty quickly. She tends to prim roughly, and shredding toys gives her the best outlet for this behavior. She took it right away and started yanking at it while I tried to hang it up. You must have your own quick release buckle to hang it up, but most bird owners have additions from previously destroyed toys, so I don't see this as a disadvantage. She's been working on it for

Pros
  • Hands free operation

  • Some cons

Indispensable in my home

This is without a doubt my bird's second favorite toy (after the toilet paper roll). I make sure to have them in stock at home. I've noticed that he gets depressed and angry when he doesn't have a pinata in his cage. A lot bigger than my cockatoo hoffin and will spend a full 3 hours clinging to it and ripping it apart until finally it's tired enough to give up, with a piñata (although it's definitely worse for dishes) and ready for rounds 2-10 ! A very large one keeps my bird entertained for…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Safety
