I have several sizes and love them! I've found so many uses for each size and I'm looking for more reasons to use them. I've found the easiest way to get the contents out is to hold them under warm water (upside down and with the lid closed) for a few seconds, just like you would in a regular ice tray. Then turn carefully. 1/2 cup is perfect for freezing omelettes in the morning. The portion pod allows me to freeze blended vegetable oils and rice vegetables for lunch. I then use TBSP dip capsules to complement my frozen dinners, as well as fruit puree for smoothies. The convenience of knowing the exact amount of each serving simplifies food preparation. Especially for big parties. I was able to save so much time in the morning and my food is ready to eat. I've also been able to reduce food waste because I can now easily store everything in the freezer.
