5 stars for this item. The frame is solid, doesn't flex and looks nice covered in black paint. The body of the camera itself is just as strong as the clever placement of the cables on the body - water ingress is unlikely. The wiring itself was adequate for my 2004 Sequioa; Installation is quick and easy for someone capable of installing a basic car stereo. I've read that some people are complaining about the picture quality; I am not sure what problem they are having. In my case, I removed the blue protective film from the lens after installation and wow - it looks just as good as the stock camera on my parents' Highlander. Not HD 4K quality but good enough to see what's going on behind the car. Colors are well balanced, at least on my head unit (JVC), and night vision is phenomenal. The previous camera I bought from a big store didn't have night vision, so I replaced the reverse lights with LEDs to make it easier. still wasn't that great. This camera is excellent in the dark - maybe my LEDs will help with that? Cons: To be honest, I can't think of any. For its selling price it's a real value, especially if you're new to backing up cameras and towing trailers or RVs - it makes it easy to get a hitch.
