This multipurpose stainless steel cheese cutting board from Esie Houzie cuts perfectly thin slices of cheese for a great cheese and cracker (or cheese and an apple) dish. It is made from beautifully shiny stainless steel with very convenient grid lines for leveling the product you are cutting. The blade cuts smoothly and easily. I like that it comes with a special sharpener. We hand wash it to make sure it stays as beautiful and washes easily and nicely. There are four non-slip pads on the bottom that keep the food slicer in place during use. Very convenient. This would make a wonderful wedding or shower gift paired with a variety of cheeses and meat sticks. Good product at a fair price.
