Review on 📎 Swingline Electric Commercial Capacity 74535: Efficient and Reliable Heavy-Duty Stapler by Onsommoshit Mathews

Item description says Platinum and I got it based on the photos shown ordered, as well as a text description. I assumed the word "Platinum" was part of the model name. When I opened the box, this is what was shown in this review (and the backing paper is not yet attached). After talking to customer service for half an hour (no complaints, service was good), we decided that the product was the advertised model 74535, but "Platinum" meant this version. And maybe it punches 9/32" holes instead of the 1/4" advertised (my eyes aren't good enough to tell the difference!). As for its reliability and durability, I'm used to the usual white color. Version as shown with the one in my office. I won't judge this model until I've used it a bit.
