UPDATE: Literally the first ride with the fender installed and one of the segments fell off. The fenders, bolts and brackets are all junk from the bottom of the barrel. Since they use junk struts and bolts, the front fender on my bike is completely useless. They won't last more than a few months with light cycling, and even longer if you're a commuter. The instructions are useless, but if you can put together ready-to-assemble furniture (check it out, IKEA) you can figure out how to install it pretty quickly. Bottom line - it's sad because they have a great aesthetic, but they're so poorly made it's not worth it. Don't buy, spend a little more on another brand.
