I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE! Wings expand and lengthen from their default packed positions! And the attachments are adapted for different bicycles. Minor modifications to the front fender metal brackets may be required. Like bends back and forth! Otherwise, the fenders are made of durable plastic and look great on a Walmart 29er Genesis Incline bike.

Just like I originally thought "Oh cool you can take them away". But why should you? Now I have them on my bike and yes they break in very well! You hit the pot and they will! Aggravating. As a result, another cheap, weak and weak product. I know, I know you get what you pay for. Well not in this case! Next!Update: Less than three months from date of purchase and they are broken. Complete nonsense, period.

Love how they slide out. Too amazing. But I will only use them for light trails and commuting. Just feels a little flimsy for hard trail use. Kinda hard to fall apart. I recommend playing around with it before installing. I also had to bend the metal fastener on the fork to increase travel. I rubbed a drop. No difficult installation. The photos included in the images are rolled up and ready for rainy weather.

I bought this for my Swagtron EB-5 e-bike because I used to get the usual wet streaks down my back after riding after a downpour. This kit arrived and I noticed that the instructions were a bit sketchy so I went through it and figured out for myself which nuts and bolts to use. Because each fender stretches, I was able to adjust its length to perfectly fit my EB-5 tires. I'm very happy and have ridden a couple of times after a downpour with no problems.

I ordered these because they looked tough and broken. The only hardware that was right were the plastic parts. None of the screws were right, none of the screws were the right length. It took me a trip to the hardware store and two hours, but I installed them. EXCELLENT quality plastic parts. Very durable. And it's not in the photo, but I had a nice little rear fender light. I'm not sure I would buy again. But they work and look good. Just a mystery as the instructions are useless. Still 3…

UPDATE: Literally the first ride with the fender installed and one of the segments fell off. The fenders, bolts and brackets are all junk from the bottom of the barrel. Since they use junk struts and bolts, the front fender on my bike is completely useless. They won't last more than a few months with light cycling, and even longer if you're a commuter. The instructions are useless, but if you can put together ready-to-assemble furniture (check it out, IKEA) you can figure out how to install it…

These were the only models with mounting options that allowed both front and rear fenders to be fitted to my kids bikes (same model). If I could install them according to the images shown on the product page I would have no doubts I would give those 5 stars. Unfortunately, I had to use the mounting options provided by Plan B. Even though I threw these two kits in the trash I'll be fair and give them 4 stars because the fender itself is great and they offer multiple mounting options. Deducted 1…
