Updated 8/26/19 Customer service was active and took good care of me. They offered to cover all my expenses if I needed to replace the bearings in my trailer. They also returned the money for the guns. My mechanic friend looked at my bearings, we pumped a full tube of grease through each bearing and found only a few metal shavings, and that was at the very beginning of the process. In our opinion, the grease that was in the bearings now is clean. Since then we have been on the road with a trailer and everything is fine. The support team worked well, they contacted me for updates and found out if I had any problems. Pistol. I asked them to just cover the cost of new bearings for our trailer and they refused. At the moment our camping season is over because the renovation work could only take place in mid-October. Not to mention that it's pretty expensive for parts and labor and we just don't have any extra expenses right now. I am very disappointed in their actions on this matter and hoped they would make things right for us. Bought to lubricate 4 wheels on my caravan and when I switched to a new lube tube I found hundreds of metal shavings in the gun and empty lube tube. What a nightmare to find this after greasing 4 bearings. Switched to a new gun and had to re-grease all the wheels. I examined all of the grease flowing out of the bearings and found metal shavings in it. I can only assume the camps are removed at this point and won't move on it. I will try to contact the manufacturer to solve this problem. My guess is that the manufacturing was of poor quality and this gun was not cleaned during the manufacturing process and the metal shavings were on the back of the piston and these shavings were pushed into the gun when the piston was pulled back to change the tubes.
