Colonoscopy for well water!

As you can see I have a rust problem. When I first bought the house I had an issue with rust and debris as it is a dug well. I super shocked the hole to make sure I got rid of any bacteria. After that I installed the Viqua UV system together with a double filter whole house filter system. I use these 20 micron filters to filter out sediment and rust and as you can see they do their job well. In fact, when filtering rust and sediment, it lasts a long time with no noticeable drop in pressure. My second filter is a 5 micron sediment/chlorine filter. The whole home system works very well the way it is set up. The only thing I want to say about the sediment filter is that you can't drain the sediment from the hose and then use acid to remove the rest of the sediment, so you can't reuse the filters like some people do. make. For this you will need 20 or 5 micron pleated filters so you can wash away the pleats and remove 50% of all scale and rust and reuse the filter after the acid bath. But anyway, the plea or polytype you see here are good filters and do what they're supposed to do. I highly recommend the filter and the seller.
